Ok so …. The out of pocket will mean a 1 year more lag time till I could evne think about the move … but ti also allows for the maintaining of this house and investment and possible use as a vacation spot …. ( if I rent it seasonally to cover the bulk of the cost s I only will have to Subsidize a small percentage to maintain the investment …. It willnot and I will not expect rent income to PROFIT ME , but would love to just recover 80+ percent of costs ) then …this year will alow me to get more hands on ..on two of my cash cows ,,, one I have worked before for advertising of my =own projects in the past but never devoted effort into creating income streams form that activity …the next ,,, is welll EVERY onw has feet ,,, just like every building has windows ,, and no one likes doing windows and very few do windows welll …. Foot wear care ….. hmmmm , I have beeen watching that guy , this last year and noticing a world not ….. being served and when service is offered ,the client based lines up to take advantage because againthere are ujust ome jobs people do not like to take the time to do but do want done ,,,, it is nickels and dimes ..but like the 555 of the $5 buck pizzas millions can be made ….

So , will give up may daily writing a a few months as this project gets rooling …. Now ,,, the 1 hour commute ,,, like the idea of your FIGHT with your girl frind I started with ,,it was about you going off with friends and her being left sutck with the BABy , and not seeing her friends …….

The 1 hour commute ,, sonds like you are out in the BOONEYS and yes … I want that I want to se the stars at night …. And yet thought the complexity of the 3 wife the SISTERHOOD and the children is ,,,, my friendship real friendship … and real friendship for the girls also ,,the one hour drive for them to go to work ,,, to get contact with the outside sowrld , well if they wrork is a TOOL …. And the HOME IS THEIR LIFE ..then the tool of work is CLArigying for the spisirt ,,, adding social interaction and providing cash …. Plus the ARTISIT business of event vending …..

It is not the FEAR of the DAILY GRIND into the city to a job ..that you realy feel TRAPPED in ….. it is sublte dynincs built upon the TRUTH of each person level of WANTO in their choice of lving and INSTICNTUALIST life style ….. and not fighting for if you do not represent the BETTER MAN ….and she if free to leave … free choice ….

And the 1 hour commute weel that was to the major citys on both sides there ae bed room commutities for each town ,,, and those will be the actuall work areas most likely and so the commute to those smaller towns will be only a ½ hour … but still my projected town does not even have itw own WALMART ….. hmmm can you say …….. middle of NO WHERE ….
